APRIL 13, 2026: Jones & Henry Engineers (J&H) is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Rutkowski, PE, as Director of Civil Engineering. In this role, Rutkowski will lead J&H’s site development and utility infrastructure staff and projects across the Midwest, supporting continued growth and delivering practical, high-quality engineering solutions to clients and communities.
Rutkowski brings extensive experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in municipal infrastructure, site design, and utility coordination. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed complex projects involving water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, roadway design, and land development for both public and private sector clients.

As Director of Civil Engineering, Rutkowski will oversee project delivery, mentor engineering staff, and work closely with clients, regulators, and project partners to ensure successful outcomes. He will also help advance J&H’s capabilities in sustainable site design, resilient infrastructure, and integrated utility planning.
