Alex’s career journey has been an unusual one for someone in the engineering consulting field. Before joining Jones & Henry, Alex was a high school English teacher. This experience sharpened her communication skills, organization, and ability to lead with clarity and empathy. We expect those strengths to drive success in her new role as Office Manager, where she will play a leading role in shaping an efficient, welcoming, and high-performing workplace.
