JANUARY 27, 2026: Jones & Henry Engineers is pleased to announce that Steven Rutkowski, PE, has joined the firm as a Senior Project Manager in its Fort Wayne, Indiana office.
Steve brings 13 years of experience from Saginaw, Michigan-based Spicer Group, Inc. In his role as Project Manager there, he oversaw a variety of engineering projects, including studies, final design, and construction administration of water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and roads, as well as capital improvement and asset management plans. His responsibilities included leading a team of project managers, engineers, and CAD technicians and fostering a culture of collaboration and engineering excellence.
Steve holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Norwich University, specializing in Water Resources and Environmental Studies, obtained in 2014. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a minor in Municipal Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 2012.
“I am excited about the opportunity to help enhance Jones & Henry’s presence in the northern Indiana market,” said Steve. “This position allows me to contribute to the growth of the office while mentoring younger team members.”
A native of Ubly, Michigan, located in the state’s “Thumb” region, Steve currently resides in Frankenmuth, Michigan. He will be relocating to Fort Wayne with his wife and their four young children.
