NOVEMBER 20, 2025: Jones & Henry Engineers is thrilled to announce that, in collaboration with ROWE Professional Services Company, it has been selected by the City of Lowell, Michigan, as its new “Engineer of Record.” The Rowe/Jones & Henry team will play an integral role on future City projects, marking an exciting new chapter for both organizations and the City of Lowell.
Our partnership with Rowe Professional Services leverages the complementary skills of both teams, providing a well-rounded approach to City engineering projects. While Rowe excels in areas such as surveying, roads, bridges, architecture, and planning, Jones & Henry specializes in water and wastewater process design, ensuring a comprehensive service offering for the City.
One of the most significant projects on the horizon is the utility expansion needed to support a new tech and business park. The initiative includes essential upgrades to the water and wastewater treatment plants. The City’s 20-year plan includes significant development of the water and sanitary sewer systems, supported by a $17.5 million grant from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC).
