Oak Harbor, Ohio

The project involves the replacement of existing combined sewer with a separate storm sewer and sanitary sewer on Church Street. The new sanitary sewer will be constructed from Water Street north 4,200 feet to Railroad Street, including new sanitary lateral sewers extended to the public right-of-way. The new storm sewer will extend approximately 4,900 feet along Church Street from the Portage River north to Railroad Street. In addition, a new storm sewer will be constructed in Main Street between Church Street and Locust Street approximately 600 feet. A new water line will be installed in Church Street between Park Street and South Railroad Street, approximately 2,800 feet to replace an existing 4-inch line with a new 8-inch water main. The project will include the reconstruction of Church Street along the limits described following the construction of the utility improvements. The reconstruction includes complete pavement replacement and widening, new curbs, drive aprons, and sidewalks. Other pavement areas will be restored with permanent roadway repairs and restoration. The final construction cost was $7,674,615.
